slacking off, going somewhere else or do whatever thing with the excuse of doing one's own job, which action, partially or fully might not relate to the job.
Real life example:
A guy said he needs to leave for a meeting, he does have a meeting at 5 but he leaves at 3. On his way he sat back and relaxed in a coffee shop before his meeting starts.
The action of sitting back and relaxing can be rephrased as: The guy is "eating snake" by going to coffee shop before his meeting
or
The guy "ciak coa" ah, enjoy enjoy at kopitiam ah!
